begin to unlock what is keeping you stuck,
determine how to support you in the short term and
discuss a plan for sustainable long term healing.
Consults are available upon request and are particularly impactful for those participating in Let’s Glow or Eat to Heal (for instance, perhaps you’re doing our 7 day cleanse but you need specific support with your unique issues, goals or lifestyle).
